Amberwood Care Centre - Rockford, IL

As is tradition at Amberwood Care Centre, a Giving Tree has been organized and set up in the lobby of the building. The tree is decorated with pictures of our residents and a wish list of some of the things they could use or would like.
Everyone is invited to partake in the spirit of giving and help make a residents holiday season a joyful one:
1. Take a card/cards from the back of the ornament of a resident(s)
2. Tear off the top portion with suggested gift ideas of items they need/want.
3. Fill out the bottom part of the card with your name and phone number and place it into the
   wrapped gift box under the tree.
4. Leave the ornament on the tree.
5. Bring in the wrapped gift(s) by December 19th.
