While most couples might not do so well being together 24/7, Dale and Yvonne seem to be most happy with the arrangement.  Both grew up in this area and have been married for 41 years.  They have done extensive volunteer work for Rockford Rescue Mission, Rock County RSVP as well as other area long term care facilities.

Dale was employed at Dasco Pro for 17 years and Yvonne worked at the ARC in Winnebago and Boone Counties for 14 years.  They both were avid bowlers and Yvonne has always loved to sew.  She can often times be found at her sewing machine or knitting mittens for the Rock County school children and local homeless shelters.

Amberwood and the Rockford area would like to thank Dale and Yvonne for all of their hard work and for also sharing their love with our community.
